hello my name is nancy i live in virginia have payday loan with paydayloan yes they are harrasing me - lost my job due to medical reasons can't pay back loan - can I file bankruptcy on a payday loan Please help !!!

Nancy, I have replied to the other thread that you have started on the same topic.

Internet payday lending is illegal in Virginia. And, Payday Loan Yes isn't licensed in your state, which means you only owe the principal amount to the borrower. You don't have to file bk for an illegal pdl. Please read others' replies in your previous thread.
