FYI, I received a letter from the Attorney General's office from NV. They stated that the Nevada location for cashtoday is in fact a virtual office, meaning that telephone calls are routed to England from the US (800 number you call). Cash Today aka Leads Gobal, cash2day4u, Interim Cash is located in England at 1379 Northway House, High Road Tottridge and Wheatstone, London, England N209LP. Houston, I believe we have a physical address for the guys. I will be putting in my complaint to the Institution that regulates small loan lending and consumer protection in England. I urge people who have been scammed or harassed by these crooks to complain to the regulators in England, if the FTC won’t do anything.

Thanks for posting that, speedy. I seem to recall another post (somewhere) with that address. So you are filing with England also? How do you go about filing with England?

It will be very interesting to see what they do with this and we should all keep our eyes peeled. What will it take to close these shysters down?

Unfortunately, it's a waste of time to complain to the Office of Fair Trading, which regulates payday lending in England. Even though their laws require a license, the law allows a lender to get a license in response to a complaint and doesn't have any real penalties. BTW - No caps on interest or rollovers in the UK either. You're better off complaining to you own state banking authorities and ignoring their collectors. Eventually the calls do stop and they NEVER pursue legal action. (Between the cost and the risk to themselves, it would be crazy for them to try.)

I'll wait until they stop calling. They olny call when it's close to my payday, so I'll ignor their calls this week. BTY, I head they are felling the heat comming on them anyway. They are not giving any loans on their website as of 12/13.
