Does anyone have an example of a cease and desist letter I can send to Cash Transfer Centers?

This is what I sent them:
To Whom It May Concern:
As of today March 13, 2008, I revoke authorization from Cash Transfer Centers, or any representative, parent company, affiliate, or subsidiary of Cash Transfer Centers, to withdraw any funds from the checking account under the name of Sassnlucy, account number ##### located at (Your Bank).
All correspondence as of today, March 13, 2008, shall be in written form either through the email address, (your email), or via The United States Postal Service. I also hereby revoke the voluntary wage agreement that I have electronically signed and my employer is aware of this.
At no time should my employer or my references be contacted regarding this matter. I am willing to communicate through the mediums expressed above.
I appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
