A company submitted a DECLARATION OF WAGE ASSIGNMENT TO MY HR DEPT. I SIGNED THE DOCUMENT ELECTRONICALLY. I AM FROM SOUTH CAROLINA. IS THIS LEGAL?

Who is the company that sent the Wage Assignment?
A wage assignment can be revoked. You will need to send a letter certifed with return receipt saying you revoke the wage assignment signed on xx/xx/xx date. You will also need to give a copy of this letter to your HR dept. ASAP.
