I could be wrong, but the only ones I know of who do that are the offshores: Sonic, Northway Debit, Route 66. etc.

If these guys are affiliated with Northway Debit, you need to check and see if they have a license to lend in your state. I have dealt with these guys and I had my attorney(also my aunt) turn them over to the Washington state AG. They have been under heavy investigation for the last year. So, find out if they are legal in your state. If not, go after them.
