I am in the state of Indiana and currently have 5 pdls one with oneclickcash.com
usfastcash.com
loanpointusa
discountadvances
and wagesfast.com
I have sent letters emails and faxes to all of these lenders to revoke my authorization from debiting my account. I have not had any problem, but wagesfast and oneclickcash are not suppose to go through until Friday. are any of these sites legal in Indiana? when I called my bank they said that they cannot block ACH debits from the account, will I have to close my account? after revoking authorization cant you file something with your bank and get your money back?

i would read your banking laws and than demand to speak to a branch manager. ach can be revoked anytime. do not depend on them to get your money back, they probably will not be able to do this
if you do close your account make sure the ACH will not push it back open.
i am not sure if they are legal or not in your state but hopefully my post will bump this thread up so you recieve more attention
