Hi,

These people have been calling and harrassing my 80 year old mother in law. They have really freaked her out. They all as much as twice a day.
We live in Washington State and my husband had a payday loan with Advance America. I later filed bankruptcy and listed this debt in the bankruptcy.
We have tried to make arrangements with these people, but they have hung up on us twice, and even restorted to calling my husband and myself low lifes.
Can anybody hlp us?

well since the advance amreica debt was included in your BK.these are the lowlifes.why would you try to deal with scum like this?the debt is gone discharged.talk to either your BK attorney,or the trustee that oversaw your case.anyway these humanoids are the lowlifes who are violating a federal BK discharge.do not speak to them further.again contact either the attorney or trustee and let them handle these lowlifes.notice how i said they are the lowlifes, because they are.

I live in NC and filed a complaint against Brown Meyers with the NC AG office. They sent BM a cease and desist letter and I have not heard from them since.
