We are in receipt of your complaint dated July 24, 2007 and believe that the facts are somewhat different than those in your letter.
I would however, like to share with you the terms of your loan. You received documents in compliance with Utah state law at the time of your loan fully describing how the finance fees are applied and your three (3) repayment options (these are all available for your review should you require them). Contained therein is a description of how the fees and principal are applied to your loan, as well as the loan renewal process. You agreed to the terms of this agreement via electronic signatures. In addition, you received the following forms (we have all of these within our files):
• Form 1 – Completed Application with your ESignature
• Form 2 – Loan Note and Disclosure with your ESignature detailing an itemization of your Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed, and Total of Payments.
• Form 2b – Loan Supplement with your ESignature indicating your understanding of your new loan terms, your renewal terms, and default terms.
• Form 3 – ACH Authorization with your ESignature authorizing Web Payday to credit your account with the loan proceeds as well as debit your account for the repayment of the loans and/or fees to Web Payday.
On Wednesday, July 25, 2007, as US Operations Manager for Web Payday, I was made aware of this issue through a letter received and it is our desire to resolve this matter with you.
Settlement Offer:
Even though your contracts clearly show that you agreed to the renewal of your loan, it is our strong desire to resolve this issue with you and, as such, are willing to settle the account in full. Your loan is now marked as paid in full and no further obligation is pending.
I appreciate your willingness to resolve this issue and regret its occurrence.

This response came after me sending them a letter asking to be set up on a payment plan for the remaining balance that I owed them. But I'll take this any day!!!

after my bbb contacted one clickcash they gave me a paid in full zero balance and usfast cash said i owed them 238 after i closed my account they settled for 80 to be paid by 8/1/ and i took the deal, 2 down 4 more to go. i have much praises for my nybbb and my ag's office. i am continuing the fight. dont give up cannr

hi cannr i have not logged on since the 28th i did not see your response. mte was very nasty telling me they are done here and my account will be forwarded to collections, i disputed the amount and bbb is waiting for their response, and for all of them i had c&d, revoke wage assignment and do call will only respond to emails. cash supply has until 8/2 to respond to bbb, ucl i made a mistake with my first name and they told bbb i dont have an a/c with them but i corrected and forwarded to bbb, marpast of texas has until 8/7 to respond to bbb. u recall i took out this loan since 7/2006 for 700.00 i have paid back 150.00 twice a mth up until present so u do the math for thi one. i am presently in the process of signing up with t&c for my other debts which total about 7000 and i am also adding my car payment to the debt consolidation. so cannr dont give up u can pm me so we can talk i also live in new york state. i thik mperez also live in new york she too can pm me. i am not giving up. my a/c is closed and i opened a new one but it is not active yet and my direct deposit will go to my savings. these people are vultures. i still not have heard from my ag but bbbny have been a great help as the mediator for me.
