I am in Arizona, I don't know how to dig myself out of the pay day mess I got into.

I have payday loans with the following:

Cashjar 400.00
WeOffer Cash 300.00
CashandDash 400.00
OneCheck Cash 300.00

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and, how much did you borrow from each one, and how much have you paid back so far.
