Can anyone help me! I got a call yesterday from this very rude man at this company. Stating that I have committed fraud and he was going to sue me. And wanted my Human Resource number. Also stating that if he was in state he would be breaking down my door. I think his name was Mr. Foster and when I called back to speak to his manager I was told that he was the manager. And this lady (I am using that term to be nice) her name was Linda had the same attitude as him. then I called back again and ask them to send me a copy of my account activity and the person I spoke to said that I have to fill out some kind of request to get that information. Is this right I ask him to email it to me. But I don't see anything.
What do you guys suggest I do?? Because I don't remember taking out a payday loan with them.

Westbury has other names it does business as. One is the Loan shop. Who do you have a PDL out with? And westbury is known for being jerks. Stand your ground.

handlehim, Westbury is known for their horrible illegal tactics. Everything they tell you will just be a threat & be illegal. Please do not let them scare you at all. These people are crazy. Telling you they're going to break down your door. My God! If you can avoid their calls altogether, that would be your best bet. If you can only deal with them via email (get everything you can in writing), that would be perfect. Is there a way that you can just not take their calls any longer?

i got a call from westbury too telling me i was fraudulent. Well i played the game and told them i would send payment tomorrow just because i did not want to argue on the phone. Probably not the right thing to do but I am not sending them money. He was a jerk too. He also told me the loan was from their state not mine so it is legal regardless of the state i am in. Sure it is.
