this is the email i received from westbury ventures after i emailed them the DV letter along with the PDL Laws in Florida. You will get a kick on how professional they are lol!!! She definitely needs spelling lessons!!!!!

Nice! I wonder what sort of qualifications you need to be an account manager there! I'd think it would have to be under a 4th grade education . . . .

That sounds kind of like the response I got from Eastside Lenders. It said "Lissin here. First ovall you borrowed monies from us, and secondable, it souns like you had intentins to pay us back."

I had always called them names under my breath but, it was at that moment I realized I truly was dealing with a bunch of dumbasses.

Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous! Do they not have spell check?

I wonder if it is intentional. They probably want us to think they are dealing with people that are so crazy and stupid that they will go through with the stupid lies they say. It just seems wierd that so many "account managers" can't spell or speak in correct english . . . .

Oh my God! I still can't believe my eyes! You've GOT to be kidding me! Thank you, kate, for sharing that informative email! Just a heads-up to everyone who deals with them on how educated they are! LOL! And, ald, my Eastside emails haven't been bad like that. I can't wait to get one like that though! LOL! My state AG and the FTC would have a copy of that crap so fast!!

I got a letter from the AG of the state they are in. They are not an approved lender so write the AG!

Oh, and, "guest", I did mention in my email response to Eastside Lenders that they are not licensed at all! Guess that will give them a thrill to know that we're not stupid! LOL! I'll keep you posted on if they respond to that one! Loved the way they even MAILED me a letter saying they are licensed in Delaware and are ready to go to arbitration........ Okay. That's real good. Got it in writing. Here it is. Bring it on!
