As You can see I am in way over my head. I thought I was going back to work this month and was told it going to be a few more months. Unfortunately these companies don't care. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

As payday loans are legal in Wisconsin, the lender can charge you late fees as well as other charges along with the principal balance if you don't pay off the dues on time. As far as your internet payday loans are concerned, you should contact a debt help company and apply for payday loan consolidation. This will help you in getting rid of the debts in an easier manner.

As far as storefront payday loans are concerned, you should check out whether or not they are a member of CFSA. If they are a member of CFSA, then they will offer you an extended payment plan or EPP (cfsa.net/public_education_campaign/guidelines/guidelines_extended_payment_plans.html). You need to go into the store a day before your next payment is due and let them know that you want to sign up for the EPP.

Ace Cash Services or Ace Cash Express? Express is legal, the other is not.

Wisconsin has tricky payday loan laws, a lender is legal as long as they are licensed somewhere in the U.S. This means the lender would need to follow the payday loan laws of the state they are licensed in. The following lenders are not licensed to lend anywhere:
Ace Cash Services (If that is where you have a loan)
Ez payday
Cash Central
