Good day!
I need help with CashCall debt. I lost my job and cannot keep up with 216 monthly payments and they are not very good in giving options.

After reading this forum - I sent them C&D letter and "ACH revocation" letter.
Those people took money twice from my account on random days and I end up paying overdraft fees. I hope they will not be able to do it now and maybe we can have some kind of conversation.

What are Wisconsin Laws about the % that are allowed for loans? Is 96% legal according to Wisconsin law? Does anybody know?
What shoud I do next? How can I persuade CashCall to lower the % for me - I have to ask for loan restructure or I will not be able to keep it up. I lost my job and hardly paying my bills now. 216/month is huge amount for me.
Any ideas what to do or info about experience with this company?

Any advice wold help.

Hello Naiko,

Unfortunatelly Cash Call is a Installment loan and there loan rates are regulated under a different set of laws. For example they are funded by the First Bank of Delaware, so that means they can harbor DE states interest rates for contract loans.

I would suggest communicating with them for a lumpsum payoff or alternate repayment plan with lower monthly payments. Suggest to send the money via money order. Definately get your account under control by securing it. I am really unsure of what motivates them to settle or offer better payment plans, but it has been done in the past. I am guessing it depends on payment history, etc.. Does not hurt to give it a try. So contact them ASAP ans stay on them for a resolution.

Just be advised, Cash Call is a Legal lender sad to say, so they can take you to small claims court for the loan balance. I have included a helpful link below for more info about dealing with Cash Call.
