I live in wisconsin I took out 8 payday loans 2 were store front other 6 were internet cash usa, cash net,fast 500, what can happen if I dont pay them back. Im on disability now and cant make ends meet

Well, if you can't make payments on the payday loans, then the lenders can file a lawsuit against you. By the way check whether or not these companies have license to operate in your state. If these companies are not legal in your state, then you are only responsible for paying the principal amount, nothing else. If they are legal, then you need to make payments on the loans. Try to arrange a payment plan with your lenders.

You need to list who you borrowed from, the amount borrowed and the amount paid in fees. With the new regulations in WI, all PDL's must be licensed with the WDFI to lend in your state.
