I live in Wisconsin and I have multiple pay day loans in store and on-line. I came to the point when I can't pay them anymore. Any advice will be appreciated

Who are the lenders? How much have you borrowed from each of them?

You can check the licensing status of the lenders in the following link. Both the storefront and internet lenders are required licenses to do business in WI.

Wisconsin laws are kind of tricky, Internet lenders are only required to be licensed in your state if they solicited you.

I dealt with PDL's while living in Wisconsin and as Shazzers said, it's very tricky. I dealt with Ameriloan and USFastCash and luckily they didn't harass me on the phone as much as they did and do others. They did try and pass a computer generated check through my account for an outragous amount. I tried to filed a complaint with the Wisconsin AG but it pretty much got me a long version of what Shazzers mentioned.

Dmitry: I have a loan that is paid off, regardless of what they say by everest cash advance? Do you have an address from them? I have their phone number but I want to send a letter to the attorney general of that state but don't know where they are located. they are hiding behind some name. Everest cash advance and VIP loan are somehow related. Any information you provide is appreciated.
Thankyou.
