Default wisconcin pdl
I am having issues with an pdl. How will they attempt collecting and is lending legal in wisconcin?

Yes lending is legal in Wisconsin.They will have to file within the small court and then they will also have to show up inorder to collect from you.

It all depends on if it was a storefront or internet lender. Some will send you to a collection agency and some will just take you to court.

Could you tell us who your loan/loans are through.

And if it's an internet lender, it depends on if you solicted them or they solicted you.
