You need to send them a letter revoking their authorization to debit your bank account, then show those letters to the bank they are debiting. Unfortunately, these companies are almost ALWAYS operating illegally so they will continue to do as they please. But your bank should be able to freeze that account and not allow any debits to go through from anyone.

You have to go to your bank and see the branch manager personally. It may be a little embarrassing but most people are willing to listen and to help. Like Leah said, they should be able to put your account on deposit only or freeze it altogether. Communication is important.

Can you tell us which companies you have loans with. Are they internet or storefront? How much did you borrow from each. How much have you paid each one so far including rollover fees. Also what state do you live in? PDLs very often refuse t work with debt consolidation companies. They are pigheaded and usually not licensed where they lend. You may not legally owe what you think you do.
