I am having the hardest time with these 3 companies. I have sent cease and desist letters but they will not call back they won't respond. What are they doing? I live in NC and told them they are illegal and they stand me down that they are not. I told them to mark my account PIF and they said no. What are they going to do?

If they are illegal...they really can't do much other than harrass you...have you filed complaints with your AG and the BBB and the FTC...my AG is mediating on my behalf and I did just recieve a PIF because of that...that should be the next thing you do. Assumming you have taken care of your bank account and are not giving them more money??

sfate, of course they're going to insist they're doing nothing wrong and that they are legal. As morningstarr stated in the above post, did you file your complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and your state AG? They are not operating legally, but do you think they're going to tell you that they're not? They're going to stand their ground and insist they are innocent. You need to stand your ground, because you are correct. File all your complaints and let them be contacted by them. They will argue your head off. It's not worth it.
