Hi everyone,

So I sent a nice little fax, email and letter to World Wide cash. I overpaid them by $2000 !!!

And they actually wrote me back!

Dear ****** *****

I received your fax regarding your complaint. I am a stopping any debits to your account until there is a resolution. We are only a call center; therefore, I am also forwarding your complaint to the office that will be handling this. They are in the UK. I know that you’d like a response within 10 days, but,it may take a little longer. You will receive a letter from them; however, please keep in mind that it must go through the international mail. This will take extra time to reach you.

Thank you in advance for your patience in this matter.

WWC was a pleasure to deal with in my experience. They delivered everything I requested. The delaware call center does not handle refunds, but they will pass your info to the actual PDL headquarters in the UK. Once that happens they will send a message to call center to refund you whatever you requested with a letter of apology. Hey but this is on a perfect day. I hope this happens smoothly for you as it did for me. WWC refunded me the cash within 24hrs of me calling them with my letter of confirmation from the headquarters. Good Luck and stay on them ok.
