Hi everybody...so thankful I came across this site! I am in the same boat with pdls - I don't know what I was thinking...anyway, I understand to take care of store fronts first, but the one hounding me the most will not take any kind of arrangement - they want $330.00 this Saturday and I won't get paid until the 30th and I don't have an additional $330. Do I just send what I can and let them take me to court? My other question is about World Wide Cash - are they or are they not licensed in the United States? Does anyone know for sure? I live in Tennessee and appreciate all the knowledge and hard work everyone has put forth on this site... it is awesome!

Cash Express is the store front and yes I am defaulted. It was to have been rewritten on April 28th. I get paid twice a month and have been trying to work out a payment arrangement, but I have dug myself waaaaayyy to deep.

Yeah, the store fronts are the worst, I've been in this boat before and will be in it again, with 3 by the middle of next week, as I'm due and can't pay. I'm not sure what the laws in your state are, someone who knows will chime in soon, but normally they just pester you to death and try to "scare" you into paying....Most of the time its all hot air. I say save your money and go pay them off. You would think they would accept payments its better than nothing....You only owe like 300 right? Keep us posted.

I borrowed 300 with a 30 dollar fee from the store front. And you say don't bother sending some money in as payments, just get it all together and send it in as a pif amount, right?
