I am such an idiot.. After finding this wonderful site and doing what was advised, I sent letters, closed my account, etc.. I have a few PIF's and I thought everything was going to be wonderful..

.....Well, I fell into the frickin internet PDL trap again....3 to be exact... Yeah, I know, you can smack me.. I don't want to close my account...again, but I don't know what to do.. I wrote checks that I'm waiting to come through.. Guys, I am broke..again.. What do I do??

It ok Kris. You know of course that you will have to close your account. You know the drill. I am sorry that you did this again, but you also know that we do not judge people. Please do what you need to to, to put all of this behind you. I am actually surprised that you were able to get new loans after defaulting on some. It will be ok. You know that we are here to help you.

Kris..after experiencing the same ordeal once I too went back to pdls. It is amazing how easy you can obtain more payday loans...but the internet seems to be the place. I know how you feel but just follow the same proceedure that you did before. Hopefully this will stay with you this time and remember we are all human and we do make mistakes. Lighten up on yourself...it will be OK!!

Hang in there! I can see where it would be very tempting when you are broke to fall back into the trap, especially when they make it so easy to apply etc!!! I am having a very tight money week this week, I just know I can NEVER fall into it again. I wish we could just make these illegal companies go away so they aren't out there emailing offers etc to people and dangling the cash in front of them.

Here's the damage ~

Best Cash Advance - $200, overpaid by $21.30

Quick Benjamins - $250, paid $154.28, $95.72 balance

Smart Choice Cash - $200, paid $80, $120 balance

Emerald Marketing Group - $300, paid $90, $210 balance

Should I contact the companies and request payment plans?? Send the revoke letters to debit my accounts??

Do not send anything to anyone before you account is closed. If they get anything at all , they will go in and take everything. Please close your account before you send anything. You know that they will take the revoke letters as a sign to go into your account and clean it out.You must take care of your account first.

Sorry to see this has happened....Kash is spot on and like before, the account will need to be closed to stop these people from debiting.

So it looks like you have all internet loans and no storefronts this time.

How long before the checks are going to clear that you have outstanding?

I am hoping the checks clear on monday or tues.. One is to Schwanns, the other is to another bank for a payment and 2 are to a co-workers wife for pampered chef stuff I got.

Wow Kris... Hang in there, you've got through it before and you can do it again. I've got to say I've been fighting off the urge to get myself into more debt too! Especially with the holidays, but then again, I've gotten myself into a similar situation by taking advantage of my overdraft protection they recently allowed on my bank account, and now I'm spending up to $100 on every check to the fees associated with it. So I've got myself in a trap too.

It happens to the best of it, just do as they say (get the bank account closed!) and everything will be all right.
