got a loan from yourcashdaddy.( fillin the dot). anyway i got this loan back in 11-07 defaulted back in 01-08 this one i have yet to find an address for they will not give out thier address a simple loan for 350.00 has now turned into 1300.00 and growing have ph# & fax but nothing else. any futher info would be great.

They sound ILLEGAL, but not sure. How much have you paid towards the $350.00 principal? That $1300.00 amount sounds a lil extreme.

total I have paid with fees was about 250.00 I live in ohio so i know that it is 15.00 per 100. emailed them & offered to pay 145.00 to settle on the loan but have heard nothing untill now demanding 1300.00.

thumper, these guys are sneaky! Nothing comes up for their phone number at all. However, I did check Ohio licensee database, and they are NOT licensed in Ohio. $1300? Are they friggin insane? Yes. Here's your best bet - file complaints. File with the BBB and wait for them to respond. If they do (if), then inform the BBB to pass on to them that you are willing to ONLY pay the principle amount borrowed - which would only be about another $100 to have it pif. Also file with your state AG. I'd love to see them explain how a $350 loan went to $1300. Good Lord!
