I'm not gonna open your link at the moment, as I have some other bandwidth-intensive things running at the moment. I have to go to work in a little bit, anyway. I'll have a look at their site later today. If I find anything to be concerned about from a computer security standpoint, I'll let you know.

I just wanted to report that I was able to stop the loan with zip 19 before it was sent to my bank. I will be keeping an eye on my account. I hope that I have no trouble from zip19. Thank you for all the information I was given.

So if you close your account on these payday loan people you're saying that they cant/wont legally come after you for their money? I would think there would be som recourse like them trying to attach your paycheck or trying to sue or involve law inforcement.

While I think all internet payday loans are a scam, I have used zip19 and I didn't have a problem. In fact, they were the only payday loan company that didn't have the rollover option...which I now know is illegal in my state.

When they debited the agreed upon amount from my account, it just said "automated debit zip 19 payment"

Sadly I found this site after it was too late....I am currently filing bankruptcy and Zip19 is one of my many pdl creditors. Earlier there was 2 different address listed and I would like to know which one I should use to send the bankruptcy notice?

TIA

Tell your bank manager to look at your account and refuse any activity that drafts after the loan has been paid. The banks can and will do it and the bank itself can contact the FBI on fraud. The banks get results when citizens cant.

wow! now it all makes sense to me. I had a loan with zip19 first they told me they would use my debit account to withdraw my funds for the loan but when time came they said we dont use debit so i changed the info to my savings, they said they could use, when the day came loan was to be paid my bank said there was never any attempts for a withdrawal so zip19 charged me for the late charges saying i had insufficient funds! the money was there and they never tried to withdraw then they said we dont use savings acounts either! i should have known. Okay so after this company presents payment to my bank before my payday does and my bank returned their debits. ( they presented two each for half the amount of loan and fees owed, instead of 1 debit) not from my checking account , from my savings , so I didn't authorize checks and definitely not 2 of them , they are now trying to collect 2 nsf fees from me in addition to the loan and fees. I called their customer support and didn't get anywhere. I was told they would mark my account as not paid. I told them to collect what I owe but I didnt feel liable for the nsf fees since they debited before my payday. I have contacted my state attorney generals office and filed a complaint (ohio) from what I am reading on you site it doesn't look like they can legally collect anything . They are not licensed in my state. I just recieved an email from them that they have reported me to teletrack for non-payment of course ruining my credit further. What should I do ? I have not heard anything from attorney general . I also filed a complaint with the FTC.

first of all you can close that account and open up another but you would just owe. they would not be able to touch your new account.

Identity theft is also not uncommon.???

Anyone care to share stories about identity theft while using them?

My girlfriend just had two unauthorized charges on her account so i'm curious to hear other instances.
