Following all the good advice at this website I sent them a letter today, revoking my ACH, and requesting a refund. I just tried to log into my account from their website, it states that I no longer have access. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is a good thing. I was really scared about sending out the letters, but so far no calls, and already a response from one PDL excepting my terms.

GOOD LUCK!!! HANG IN THERE IT DOES GET BETTER!!!
