Hello and welcome to the forum, many of us have dealt with the companies you have on your list.
Please tell us what state you are in? We need to determine the laws of your state, which I'm sure none of the PDL's are following. Also how much have you paid to each of these PDL's

You may may need to close or put a hard hold on you checking account to block these PDL's from making any further debits. Here is a link to another thread that talks about closing your checking account. Please read it.
