Unfortunately, I'm in NY. I've filed with BBB and the Internet Division of the AG's office. The NY State Banking Department basically told me to fight the PDL's and suggested I contact a lawyer for some advice but they were unable to assist me. I'm kind of in a holding pattern. This Thursday will be my first default on my cash now, I've now paid over $500 on a $300 loan. Did your payments go to CPD (Credit Protection Depot)?

it did go there but i fought it stop payment and got mad call the manager.. it stopped BUT it was not legal for them here in CA..
