Check out texas

Funny thing is at the end, the links go to CSO to become a member and start learning how to take advantage of others.

Boy, that sure is a chintzy looking web site, I'm willing to bet it was created by some payday loan owner/employer, most of the payday loan employees who post here use poor spelling and grammar.

CSO's are basically former payday lenders who found a loophole. As a Credit Service Organization they aren't regulated, they are only required to register with the secretary of state. It's totally ridiculous!
