So, I could be mistaken here....but last night when I was falling asleep, I had the news on. I could've swore I heard...We thought the payday loans would be going away...however, now it may be up to the voters. I was in and out of sleep...so I am not for sure. I tried to research it this morning, but didn't find anything. Has anyone heard anything?

WOW I didn't hear that. Well I am out of the trap but I feel really bad for the people in the trap. Even if they stick around I still say the fees are too high and the industry needs strick regulations

Trying to says it's unconsitutional. Its still law right now, I think they are just trying to raise another stink...

Ah well, I didn't think they would go down without a fight, I'm pretty sure this is a subject that will be at the forefront of the news for quite some time to come. Wink
