How long will a debt stay on my credit record? The debt is at least 6 years old but still keeps showing up. I thought for PA it was only 6 years

For your credit report the time period start 6 months after the last payment. Sometimes creditor or third party collectors will reage the account. If you think it's past it's sol, I would dispute the item with the credit reporting agency. If they find it is past it's sol they will remove it.
