I had a loan from quickdraw cash and refused to pay what they wanted. Used to get emails all the time from them, haven't heard from them in over a month. Has anyone dealt with them? I just got my letter from the pa attorney generals office today about them, I filed the complaint some time ago. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them?

Have you checked with your state laws and calculated the legal fees and interests? Once you find out the outstanding balance, write a proposal letter with the money you can afford to pay in partial payments. Send the check along with it. If they cash it, you will know they accepted your terms and you can continue with it.

yeah, I know my state law, I am just wondering why I haven't heard from them in such a long time. They were hounding the crap out of me daily there for a while, just wondering what happened to them or what they do with their delinquent accounts? Who collects for them?

Fedup, What did the Pa AG office say? Are they investigating the complaint?
