You have paid $720 on this $300 loan. You have paid back this debt and do not give these people one more penny! Call your bank and revoke any authorizations to debit for this company via electronic or ACH. Also, demand that your account be marked Paid in Full or you will complain to your state's Attorney General. Let us know what happens, OK?

Find out whether the company is licensed to do business in your state. They must be listed with the Dept of Financial Institutions in your state.
If they are not, Express Cash has taken your money by illegal means. You were just required to pay their principal amount and claim for the refund on the excess amount.

Pa does have those loophole laws. However I personally would not give them another dime. Close that account. Send in complaints to the Attorney Generals office consumer division. Payday lending is Prohibited in PA. KYSIDE38
