I think that you ahve another thread going somewhere, and that you have received answers there. I will try to find it for you.as a rule in PA if a pdl is licensed somewhere it is legal in PA.
Welcome to this site, someone will be along to help you with a little more experience than me, but I have to commend you for telling your husband, I had 6 of them and so far I have not told him anything yet, it is a very deep secret to keep and I know how hard it must be to tell him I commend you for doing this and being honest with him!!
You listed the companies can you list how much you have borrowed from each, how much you have paid them and if they are internet based or store front based.
Hang in there, we are all in the same situation here, and it will get better!!

I don't think Eastside is licensed. Their owner is from New Jersey and their call center is in Kansas. Maybe they have a Utah license like Geneva, but I know they aren't operating there. CashSpot is also operating out of Kansas and I don't think they have a license anywhere either. CashNetUSA has licenses all over the country, but I think they use their Delaware one to make loans into PA. I can't find a license for My Loans USA either.
BTW - Never heard of Amcash, so I can't help you with that one. _________________ "It isn't easy being a fat narcissist."
Eastside Lenders has a license in Utah. Under this address:
Eastside Lenders
50 W 3900 S
Ste 2-B
Salt Lake City, Utah 84107
I know they're not "operating" out of Utah; however, it was my understanding that PA "allows" internet lenders if they are licensed SOMEWHERE. That's the reason I said Eastside Lenders would be licensed. Because they are holding one in Utah. So, would PA recognize this as a legal debt because Eastside DOES INDEED hold a license - it's just that it's in Utah.
The others have the PDL info covered, but I'm going to commend you for telling your husband..You sound like me 2 years ago, I had 6 pdls and my husband had no clue. He was angry when I finally told him, but he was also very supportive. Be strong, it will work out..Honesty is always best. _________________ "It's a treat, being a long-distance runner...."

I agree with you that that is the law in PA, cannr. I just didn't think they were licensed and I was wrong. _________________ "It isn't easy being a fat narcissist."
I am with Fins and commend you for telling your husband. I have not yet found the courage to do so...maybe someday. YOu have taken the first steps to take care of this situation......good for you too. _________________ In life it doesn't matter

Good for you for telling your husband. How did he take it anyway? I just told my husband the other night about mine. The worst part is, this happened a year or so ago and I told him then. He made me promise that I would never do it again and guess what.........I did it. I found this site and decided that the best thing would be for me to close my checking account so I knew I would have to tell him as it affected him as well. I had to break the news to him once again He is a great guy and has been supportive, even though he is extremely upset and disappointed in me. I'll deal with that, it's much better than lying awake nights feeling so horrible about keeping this secret from him. Anyway, I just wanted you to know that you're not alone and you'll feel much better after you tell him (if you haven't already)
It is very important that you tell you husband. He will probably be more supportive then you think he will be. I remember when Fins was afraid to tell her husband. But once she did things started coming together.
You'll get through this very soon. There is a TON of useful information on this site to help you.
Thanks everyone, I told my husband and he was very supportive of me. The worst part is this is the 2nd time I have done this. I think I really learned my lesson this time. We are just going to pay them off, and I am not going to have my name on any accounts for a while. Thanks again for all the nice words, as you all know they really help when you feel all alone.
