OK...my mistake...Julie...in your state we need to check and see if any of them are licensed in their own state also...then you will follow that law...give us some time to look them up...

OK..Julie...you can search for each of these in the google box at the top of the page to see how others have dealt with them...
I have found CashNet USA...they are licensed through Nevada..so as long as they are following that state law then they are legal and you will have to maintain the agreement you made with them.

I will try to find the rest for you during tomorrow.

julie, morningstarr is right. CashNetUSA is licensed/legal. You will have to abide by their state law. USFastCash is not licensed/legal. They are illegal. NetCashUSA is in New Mexico. I checked their licensee database and nothing comes up as them being licensed unless they are using a different name. Geneva Roth/Loan Point I am not finding licensed in their own state - illegal. Cash Transfer Centers (as you know) are big time illegal. Located outside of the United States. You need to stop paying these illegal people. You also had another loan you said you paid in full a month ago. This was an illegal loan also. In PA, they allow for internet loans if the pdl is licensed SOMEWHERE. If they are not licensed SOMEWHERE, they are not legal. However, if they are licensed SOMEWHERE, you will have to abide by the state pdl law where they are. Since these companies can no longer debit your account, you're okay. The unlicensed/illegal ones are just that - illegal. However, let me tell you, stop sending these illegal pdl's Money Grams. You're probably going broke sending them money. And they're not even legal. Your Cash Transfer Centers loan - you need to send a letter revoking any wage assignment you may have signed with them. I don't know if you're working now or what. But they have a tendency to send a letter of wage assignement to employers trying to get their money. If you are working, you need to send that letter revoking any wage assignment you may have signed ASAP. CashNetUSA is licensed/legal.

Cash Net USA is the only company legally licensed. They are loaning to PA residents under their Nevada license.

Net Cash USA may be licensed. I think they are part of Nationwide. Nationwide is licensed in New Mexico. They have the same address as Net Cash USA, but that doesn't mean they are related.

None of the others are likely to be licensed anywhere . . . . I know that ameriloan, Cash Transfer Centers, and Geneva Roth are not licensed legally in any state.

julie, we need to know if your loan documents say Nationwide anywhere on them. I can check to see if they're licensed in New Mexico. But I need to know if they have this name or any other name besides the NetCash name.

Okay. Ambassador Financial Servies d/b/a Nationwide Cash is licensed in New Mexico - license #01413. However, it does not state Net Cash USA as a d/b/a, so I don't know if they are indeed "related". Nothing comes up for Net Cash USA. I'm at a stopping point now. Julie, we need to know if your Net Cash USA documents state any other name or an address or something.

Okay, nothing for netcashusa. I can't find anywhere that they're licensed. Not, not Utah either. Hell, I even tried Nationwide in Utah! LOL! I'm not finding a thing on these guys according to what your loan documents say. Personally, I would treat them as an unlicensed one. That's just me personally since I can't find squat about them being licensed with the information they've given you. If someone knows otherwise, please post & correct me. So, if you're going to treat it as an unlicensed one, then you do not have to go by Utah state pdl law. Until they come popping up saying "HEY, WE ARE SUCH AND SUCH NAME", we're going to have to go by the information we have. Which is not showing up anywhere.
