I need help with payday loans. Got in way over my head
Cash net 500.00 pd 487.50
Paycheck today 300.00 pd 90
Payday cash advance 500 pd 240
My loan usa 400.00 pd 120
Rapid cash management 200 pd 89.00
These are all internet loans
I live in pa
Can some one help

I believe that you have another thread going. I will post the laws again. FRemember that in pa if a pdl is licensed anywhere it is legal in PA.

You need to read the stick on top of the pay day loan forum.(if you cant find it I will post it). If possible you need to close your account asap , and open a new account at an unrelated bank. It is the only way to stop them from taking your money. You can then make arrangements to pay them

I am going to the bank to close my account today. How do I contact these companies?
I have one loan with Rapid Cash Management, this was done over the phone and I cannot find any website for it. I do remember the girl had an english accent.
One more problem, I was paying on a credit card and the balance due is $152.58. It was turned over to a collection agency called CPS Security from San Antonio Texas. Has anyone ever heard of this company?

I have read the laws for payday loans in pa and i do not understand them.
If a payday loan company is not licensed how much do i know much to make them.
Also for the licenesed ones. I will pay what i borrowed, but i would like to know is when to stop
