I feel like I am drowning in these loans. I honestly am not sure how I got to have so many but I need BIG help please. I will list what I know now and I'm still collecting information: I live in PA and these were ALL gotten on-line:
Zip Cash $300 have paid $450 in interest only so far
Pay Check Today $200 have paid $180 in interest
Cash Net USA $700 have paid $175 interest
Pay Day Max $570 have paid $590 interest $50 princp.
B & L Marketing $250 have paid $225 interest
Arrowhead $300 have paid $180 interest
Pay Day OK $500 have paid $457 int. and $50 princp
Pay Day One $200 have paid $120 interest
MTE/Quickest-Cash-Advance $300 have paid $180
Little Loan Shoppe $130 have paid $30 interest
My Loans USA $300 have paid $90 interest
United Cash Loans $300 have paid nothing so far
Loan Shop/North BA checking on
Loan Shop/Geneva Roth Capital checking on
One Step Cash checking on
I feel physically sick posting all of these. One thing led to another and WOW, BAM!!! This Friday alone almost $1400 is coming out of my account and only $150 is towards the principal. I thought I could hold off till income tax came and pay them off then, probably can still do that but boy leaves me with basically nothing left. Any suggestions.
I SWEAR I am going to become an advocate and NEVER do this again. It's amazing to me that I could even get so many loans as most sites say you can only have 1-2 other outstanding loans with other companies. Maybe that's why I got so many to prove them wrong, I honestly don't know why I kept applying. I obviously had/have an issue.
Thanks for listening,
Diane S.

First of all do not be ashamed. Many of us have been where you are right now. For starters, I will post the laws for your state. i believe that in PA, however, if a pdl is licensed anywhere , it is legal in PA.

Citation:
Check cashers are specifically prohibited from making payday loans under Check Cashing Licensing Act of 1998, § 505(a). Otherwise, consumer discount company act applies. 7 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. § 6201 et seq.

Pa is one of the states that has a loop hole, If a pdl is licensed ANYWHERE it is legal in PA.

Zip Cash is licensed, I'll have to look up where. They are legal.
Cash Net USA is licensed and lending under it's Nevada license. They are legal.
Payday OK and Payday One are licensed and lending under their Deleware license. They are both legal.
Those are the ones I know off the top of my head are legal.

MTE is not licensed anywhere. So they are not a legal lending company. the same holds true for United cash loans , who are also MTE.

ZipCash is licensed in Delaware
Geneva Roth is licensed in Utah but I don't think they are affiliated with Loan Shop

There are a couple different "Loan Shops" . . . . I think technically it's The Loan Shoppe and Loan Shop. One is connected with Geneva Roth, and the other is not.
