got a rude phone call from cash supply. I told them I was dealing with t&c of course they said they never heard of them I know they are lying..So they would take matters in their own hands.. I have paid off the 200.00 loan and then some.

Can they do anything, living in PA

If Cash Supply was licensed in another state, then technically yes they could sue. But if I remember right, (and I may be wrong) isn't PA a non garnishment state?

But they aren't going to sue you. They are just trying to scare and intimidate you into paying up more. I'd just continue to let T&C deal with them.

In PA, if a internet based company is licensed in another state, they are legal in PA.

Cash Supply is licensed in at least New Mexico. I haven't checked many other states, so they may be licensed somewhere else too.

PA is a non garnishment state. The only people that garnish wages is the government for taxe and child support, and most recently landlords were given the right to garnish as well. No consumer debt company can ever take any of your wages...
