I am in PA, are there any collection guidelines that the original creditor must follow. Does it go by your state or the state where they are?

Most states do have laws regarding collection practices for creditors that include original creditors. Pay day lenders are not original creditors in most cases because they are reloaning from a bank. They fall under the FSCPA but none of them will agree.
Someone should post the collection laws of your state shortly. It does go by where you live not where the lender is located.

I believe that they do. I read nothing to the contrary.
