to answer your question:1. i live in orlando fl.2. the last time i paid for this was back in 20053. i just got the information and the attorny is David Borack. the letter was a notice of intent to dismiss for lack of prosecution on courts own motion. any idea what that means? called the court and it is a valid file claim but they told me i did not have to appear in court. i am so confuse... | |

thanks poker tramp. there is not a name of any attorny on the letter. i live in florida. the summons is in Tampa but i am living in orlando. The only number on the letter is if i am disable and need accomadations to come to the proceedings. | |
