This is good news. People of MI, be ready if OFIS needs any help from you all. This is the time we all should stand united and expect strict legal actions against this out of the state company, Cash Today Ltd.

I was just going to file my AG complaint today on Rt. 66! yahoo! I'm still going to file, I think, just to lend credence and weight to their investigation - the more people that complain, the more validation the investigation will have! thank you polly! It was your letter that I sent to them, and they seem to have backed off after the phone conversation I had with them. I have not received a call back, and if I do, I will be armed with this information and inform these morons that they are under investigation and need to leave me (and everyone else) alone!

I started adding that line when I discovered how absolutely GOOD I felt after my conversation with the "investigations team rep" from Rt. 66 the other day - he just kept going back to the fact that I should pay the company back for their "ACH Fees" that they had incurred. I really felt like I had slayed the dragon when I got off the phone with him, because I didn't give an inch! I just told him I'd consider what he'd said, but that's the last I've talked with him. It's been 3 days now, and no call back - and with Polly's news above that they are now under investigation, I feel even better!
