I have had trouble logging in my account, so I created a new account (after requesting a new password and not getting it sent to me) (and sending e-mails to the names listed on the "help" page). Now the new login won't let me log in either. I went through the same process of requesting a new password (didn't get it) and sent e-mails (no response). Every time I set up a new account, I have to set up a new yahoo account for an e-mail, plus I lose my debtcc points. Any suggestions???
NEVER MIND, I am guessing it let me in this time. But it gave me a message saying that it was an invalid password or login....ugh

Please make sure that you're putting the right e-mail address and password, and spelling them right too, at the time of login-in.
To retrieve your existing password, just put your e-mail id in the retrieve password section, that is displayed in the login page.
