Stay away from them. We signed final home loan docs with them and the loan never closed and they never called us. Meanwhile we accrued late fees on our current home loan because we thought the loan had closed. And now they refuse to return phone calls, faxes or emails.

I tend to only loan money from banks and credit unions - I am weary of anything else.
