All I can say is these payday loan companies are a bunch of idiots who don't have a life and well, this is how they survive I guess...stooping down to the lowest forms of life

Look at the first paragraph. The loan companies want to give a personal touch for doing their business. They focused on that area (school kids' needs)which we mostly give priority. If anyone is falling hard here, they can do their business very easily.
