Hi,

I have noticed that 20 debt care points have gone missing over the night. I remember this clearly because I replied to a post and took note of the debt care credits following that post. Now all of the credits earned during that post have been erased. Can someone correct this? I really want to trust this system.

Hi benjaminz

The point system is programmed and there is no human intervention in it. It's the same module for all users here. However, I will still check the system if everything is functioning properly.

We will update you at the earliest.

Also what forum did you post on? Posts made in the pub do not accumulate points (though sometime you will see that points are given). If you posted in the Pub , they may have gone in and taken back any points from post made in the pub.
