Did you notice this in the forums index page just below the "Who is Online" status?
Today, it's the birthday of Patrick. 
Happy Birthday, Patrick !!!
I am putting my birth date in "My Profile" to get this alert. It will be fun.

This is good stuff. We will know when anyone has his/her birthday..
My suggestion to the tech team here. Can a thread be programmed so that we can write in our birthday messages after clicking on the name of the birthday boy/girl. The thread automatically gets started with his name when someone posts the birthday wishes.
