Mine comes and goes anymore, especially with my mom being sick. I don't show it in front of her because I want her to be as positive as possible. There are times I think too much and get myself all bent out of shape. I even had a break down at work a couple of weeks ago because I was not operating on any sleep. I told my boss I wanted to go home, which he was fine with. But he kept pushing me to talk when I didn't want to so I let loose on him. It was so unprofessional of me but he understood. Things at work have been such a nightmare over the last few months at well. He even gave me a big hug before I left that day.

I'm like Jessi-runs on both sides of my family too! I've been down lately,too. Now the jerk-off that is suing my son who's on disability,for that bogus car wreck,is suing in EXCESS of $300,000. Jeeze-give me a break here! He's claiming that the "wreck" re-injured his workmans comp back injury from a year ago. I can't even pay bills like I want,so throw me in jail for the $300,000.  ...Karen

Absolutely! Runs in my family a bit. Right now, the unemployment and the job market in Pensacola is leaving me with a rather hopeless feeling. If I do by some unlikely miracle find a career, chances are I'll be alone this Christmas and on my birthday because I won't be able to get time off to join my husband in Denmark for the holiday season. So far the only interview I have is with a temp agency. Yes, I'm depressed.
Karen, that guy is a lying thieving prick. Countersue him if you can.

Ari-good luck on your job hunt. I know you will find the perfect job for you! You just haven't run into it yet. I would love to counter sue,but the dip stick is suing my son personally,and the car is in my name,so I can't at this point. BUT,if they keep getting nasty,I can get an attorney and become a third party and sue.Right now the attorney for our car insurance is handling it pretty well. Although,I may get my cam corder and sneek behind the bushes to tape him doin the things he says he can't Though,with my luck,the police would be called and I would be the one arrested  ...Karen

Yeah,that's one reason I am thinking about counter-suit.He is exactly the reason,he and others,that the rest of us pay high premiums on insurance. I really get mad when people like him and others abuse the system,whether it is auto,health care,etc. I can't even afford health insurance since I lost my job partly because of people who abuse the system and make it too costly for others!...Karen

I agree. This country needs a huge can of RAID to fend off all the parasites who drain on the rest of us and make everything difficult.

It's amazing to me-People ,like on this forum,for example,are trying to become responsible,honest taking-care-ofbusiness people. We struggle just to do the right thing and take care of business. Then,you have people like this jerk-off who does nothing but live off law suits,the government,lies cheats,etc. and seems to just float along in life taking from others.I don't know,there's something really wrong in this world we live in!...Karen

There certainly is something wrong with this society. I'm starting to believe that good things happen to bad people and vice versa. I read all these detailed accounts of people who are stuck working for overpaid degenerates, people who do nothing but spoon off of the system, and they all get away with it. Whereas, if you're an honest person and you so much as zig instead of zag, you get raked across the coals and 50 lashes.

Bossy, if he is on workman's comp. and you think he is doing things he claims he can't, call in and make a report, they investigate those claims, and they will video tape him. I've seen it on the news here where I live they go and investigate those claims all the time and video tape the people.

Right on! Once he gets caught, he will be in deep stuff for the rest of his life! He will be prosecuted, sued, jailed, and this will be a huge stain on his record that will keep him out of work for an eternity! Laugh and feel justified as he is dragged out his apartment by police wearing just his undies and handcuffs!
