OK. Now this is quite the oposite of how they tell others they operate and should be a red flag. Now haven't they told some that they have you build up a "savings account" and once it reaches a certain amount THEN they contact the pdl companies to negotiate a settlement, and Langhorne uses your bank info to withdraw your savings payments? And didn't they tell others THEY send the settlement payments to the pdls? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, YOU send the settlement payment DIRECTLY TO THE PDL? Hmmmmmmmmmm What the hell are you paying them for? You can do this on your own.

Steelers, perhaps I wasn't clear. I have been over the last several months saving my $$ and now since I have reached my goal Langhorne will begin negotiations on my behalf with the PDL's. When the PDL Manager agrees to their settlement offer(s) then they get the manager to sign off on the agreement and notify the client who at that time, sends the $order to the PDL. When the $order is received by PDL then they sign that debt is paid in full and Langhorne then sends you copy of the document. I haven't received any calls from any of my pdl's and personally I would rather go to the bank and put the $ in the mail myself, that way I know where it is going and have a receipt of the $order, rather than anyone taking out of my account to send on to a pdl, then I wouldn't be sure if it really went where it was supposed to go. I have been very pleased with Langhorne.

James this is just a thread started by Dennis about his company which helped make the internet pdls what they are today, he is saying he is now helping the consumer get out of pdl debt. But he won't answer your question on this thread, you will need to contact him.

I am using langhorne debt for 6 payday loans I had -- they have done a great job -- I have settled three so far, but I got myself in trouble again and took out more payday loans thinking I would only take one til payday but it didn't happen that way -- I wanted to put these new loans with Langhorne Debt but was told I cannot add more payday loans to the program. I really need to either be able to add these or find another firm that does the same thing.

HELP!!!

Once I get this resolved, I will never take another payday loan again

I am glad to hear that you have been able to settle loans through Langhorne, the program has not worked that way for me, I have my savings and they say they are in the process of negotiations (since April 07) how long did it actually take for you? In response to your adding new pdl's to the program, I was told that they could not do that, your payments to them are based on what the original plan is. Best advise there is to pay it off on your own ASAP.

I HAVE TALKED TO SEVERAL COMPANIES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO WAY THAT A PDL COULD B PUT IN A PROGRAM,BECAUSE IT WOULD B LIKE WRITING A BAD CK FOR THE ONES THAT R AT PLACES LIKE CK INTO CASH. AND IF THERE IS A COMPANY OUT THERE THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP WITH THIS AND THEY R HONEST I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THEM

What state are you in and what are the names of the companies?

Check into Cash offers an EPP, extended payment plan. They will stretch the loan over four paydays.
