Remember to insert your state pdl laws, and add that you have filed a complaint with your state AG's office and make sure that you file that complaint. Hope this helps!

What exactly do you want to mention in the settlement letter? You will get some samples in the letters section.

arj800, here is some other information regarding AL state laws that you can use in your letter:
- Maximum finance rates and fees: 17%. However, after defaulting, it drops to 3% according to AL law.
- only 1 rollover is permitted
- criminal action is prohibited, so they can't threaten you with this

Also, Al law states that:
Any person who willfully makes charges in excess of those permitted by Section 5-18A-12 or any person who willfully engages in the business of cashing deferred presentment checks in violation of Section 5-18A-3, or both, is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor for the first offense and a Class B felony for the second or subsequent offense.
