I would respond to her e-mail and forward the copy of the e-mail she sent you as to your agreement to the settlement and payment arrangements and let her know that this is what you are going to follow.

I say, you should call her and know the purpose. If necessary, remind her about the deal you had with her.

Also, file a complaint with your state's AG office providing a copy of each of these e-mails. I can tell you that this company settled with me so fast when the AGs office contacted them about my complaint it wasn't funny! They marked my account paid in full and sent me a copy of the letter they faxed to the AG's office stating my account was paid in full with them. File that complaint. This company will back off, they hate getting contacted from a consumer's AG.

Stand you ground, it sounds like they got the first payment regardless, it is their fault. Let them know you are sticking to the original agreement, and like I said, file that complaint send the copies of these e-mails and let her know you have filed this complaint. I am telling you, this company does not like being contacted by the consumer's AG.

When my AGs office called them, the lady called me immediately. And the once firm and you will do this lady all of a sudden was apologetic and stammering. And repeated asked me to please call my contact back to let them know she called me, she kept saying, you will do this please, right? Sure, I DIDN'T call the contact back. Let them stew.

Here it is, you can file the complaint online and they will get it first thing in the morning, they will also forward it to the Dept of Financial Institutions who has begun a file on these internet pdls. http://www.ag.state.oh.us/

Yes, then follow the prompts and go to the section that fits your complaints. You will need the contact info. such as addresses, phone numbers (if you have them) give a description of the complaint, mention that this is an internet pdl and explain your scenerio and that you discovered they are not licensed to loan and they are charging illegal interest rates. Then state you resolution to the matter. If you have more than one internet pdl, file a complaint against each one, even if you have paid them off, they need to be aware of each of these companies, they will forward this complaint to the Division of Financial Institutions for you.

Let them also know that you have it in writing for the payback agreement if you still owe on the principal and provide proof of the payback agreement (copy of your e-mail) you may be able to fax it to the AGs office, you will get a confirmation e-mail with the name of the person assigned to your complaint with contact numbers along with a fax number.

I received this message today as well. I did have my payments set up with T&C which I got off track with them about 5 months ago. So I lost my account with them.
