Does anyone know how or what is involved in forming a business corporation? For instance, do the people forming it put up money, collateral, etc.? I hate to sound dumb, but, then what does that mean for you legally if you do,and what are you responsible for? Any help is appreciated for this not-so-savvy business person ...Karen

The IRS helpline is 1-800-876-1715. You can call them and verify this matter. I think you are required to put some money in order to start a business corporation. This is the form in the IRS website.
