Hello to all DebtCC members and guests.
Over the last couple of months many of you have commented on my absence in daily participation from the forums. I realize that I have not been as available to help individuals in their struggle with payday loans, and I do apologize. I assure you that my passion for helping all of you has grown stronger and over the last couple of months I have been focusing on carrying my passion to help others to a grander scale.
The owner of DebtCC, Denny, has offered me an employment opportunity through a new and exciting venture. Denny’s grandfather formed a law firm in India, Denny’s homeland, 70 years ago. Today, Denny’s father runs this prestigious law firm. Denny has started down the path of bringing his family tradition to the United States, by forming The Dharma Chartered Law Group. Dharma in Indian culture means, to do the right thing. Isn’t that a beautiful concept? Although I am not officially employed with Dharma, I have been working with Denny to form The Dharma Chartered Law Group, and once the office is officially open it is the intent that I will be employed as a Customer Satisfaction Manager. This may not be my exact title, but these words imply what duties I will be responsible for.
Please understand that the formation of this is still in infancy. Our desire is to be fully functional by January 1, 2007. One of the main focuses of this practice will be debt solutions. We will aid a client in deciding what route is best for that individual to become ‘debt free’. The options available will be a.) Refinance for home owners, b.) Debt consolidation, c.) debt settlement, and finally d.) Bankruptcy. Dharma will handle all forms of unsecured debt. Dharma will also work in other areas of law, which have yet to be formally decided upon.
As Dharma’s name implies it is our goal to always do the right thing at all times, for all people. Dharma’s fees will be less than the industry average, as one example of how we intend to do the right thing. Being that Denny’s father is the owner of Dharma, it is critical that Denny’s father and grandfather’s name must always be honored by providing ethical and moral treatment to all of our clients at all times.
Helping others in debt is what I am passionate about. I am truly excited about the opportunity at hand to help others, and be able to make a living doing so. Though there is a certain amount of risk involved in leaving my current and fairly stable job to start in this venture, I truly believe that my children and I will be blessed in the future for taking this risk.
In the spirit of what makes DebtCC such a open and wonderful community, I would like to invite you to participate in a open discussion of the future of Dharma. If you have questions, please ask and either Denny or myself will happily answer. If you have suggestions of how Dharma can proudly serve people, please feel free to post them here. I value this community and the intelligence of its members and guests. It is my aspiration to always do the right thing to help all future clients of Dharma. Therefore, your feedback will be taken seriously.
We want the Dharma Chartered Law Group to be a company that people will trust and respect. This is our goal.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Julie
